Business Development Department

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

The incumbent in this role will be responsible for the following activities:

Under the guidance, direction, and supervision of the CEO, provide strategic and financial analysis on all agreed internal and external Business development projects. 
Lead cross-functional teams to successfully develop Feasibility studies and together with the Regional Heads, prepare corporate discussions to support or decline Business Development proposals. (Implementation will be executed by HQ Project Management).
Assisting in Strategic Plan Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Projects will cover the scope of New Market Entry, Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliances, and Acquisitions, to name a few.
Maintaining a solid network of Industry trends and Competitor analysis globally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

This is a high-level position that requires a strong set of analytical and financial skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
The successful candidate will possess the strategic thinking skills necessary to evaluate multiple options and develop persuasive recommendations.
The individual in this role will have the authority to lead stagnant or underperforming business units and help them improve their performance.
A Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's) in Business Administration, Finance, and Corporate Finance is required for this position.
